Free Muay Thai Fitness & Wellbeing
Free for everyone — beginners welcome. No experience needed, no sparring, no pressure. Just movement, confidence and support. Perfect if you're new to exercise, struggling with mental health, addiction or isolation, or new to recovery.

Find Your Recovery Rhythm
Free music group for the recovery community. Share your love of music, enjoy a relaxed sing-along, get peer support, guitar lessons for beginners, and develop recovery-themed playlists. No musical experience needed — newcomers welcome!

Empower Her
Women's SMART Recovery & Wellbeing Group. A safe, welcoming space for women to build recovery, confidence and connection. Weekly SMART Recovery group, guest speakers, holistic wellbeing activities, and space to talk, listen and support each other. Free to attend.

Strong Roots Men's Group
A space for men to connect, talk, share and grow together. Peer-led and free to attend — covering men's wellbeing, mental and emotional health, and meaningful activities in a safe, confidential space. Run by men, for men.

Every last Sunday of the month we gather for a free community roast dinner. It's a chance to connect, share a meal and feel part of something bigger. Everyone is welcome — no referral, no fuss, just good people and great food.

Creative Art Workshops for Recovery & Wellbeing
A creative art workshop exploring mindfulness through drawing — a calming, accessible session for anyone in recovery or looking to improve their wellbeing. All materials and lunch provided. No art experience needed.
